I bought the ring because it looked beautiful in the customer review pictures. The opals looked like the shined so bright in the sun. I had wanted this ring for the longest time. And when I did get it, the opal didn’t have any fire or shine in them at all, except maybe one of them. I asked several people around me and they didn’t think they were opals, but glass.
I contacted support and they told me that opals can lose their fire if they come in contact with water, so it’s possible that it might’ve absorbed water during shipping. I had wanted a possible exchange , but instead was told to put it in a bag and let it sit in a dark space for a couple of days.
Did that. It still looks dull. The ring itself is nicely made and beautiful, but it’s not what I wanted. Glad I got it on sale.

I’ve probably ordered six or seven of the rings and three or four necklaces two bracelets. This company is fantastic. Whatever you get you will get quality. I just wish they would do away with the stainless chains and pair the silver ones with them automatically as an option for ordering.
