Returns and Exchanges

You will need your order number and your zip/postal code to get started.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can exchange or return your product up to 30 days after delivery as long as your item is not a final sale item. Per the Return and Refund Laws of the EU, final sale items are only eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be in original, unused condition.
To submit a withdrawal, you may use our withdrawal form.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items are only eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
- Items not in brand new resellable condition cannot be returned.
- Earrings and other hygiene-based products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Clothing that has been worn and/or washed cannot be returned.
- Cologne/Fragrances cannot be returned.

Please be advised that orders made via clocksandcolours.eu for European customers can be returned/exchanged within 30 days according to the Return and Refund Laws of the EU.

Return Fees
Customers are required to pay a return fee based on their region. EU Customers pay $8.00 USD for returns. These charges do not apply to exchanges.
Important Note: We do not cover shipping fees on EU orders, nor do we provide return shipping labels. Customers submitting a return or exchange must ship their items back to us at their own expense after submitting their request through our online return portal.
We request that all return shipment items be marked as 10€ in value so that we can receive your item(s) back without unnecessary complications due to customs fees. Doing this establishes the item as a return rather than a sale for logistics handling purposes. If your return values were not marked appropriately, your return parcel will eventually be designated returned to sender.
