This was my first purchase with Clocks and Colours and I honestly couldn't be happier - the craftsmanship is incredible and the customer support service (namely from Archie) was second to none! I am UK-based and bought this ring one size too big (my mistake!) However, there seemed to be a technical glitch on the website when I tried to exchange and it allowed to reserve this limited-stock item in the size I actually needed (which shouldn't usually be the case) - As a courtesy, the company stuck to the promise of the website and held the last one of my size for me until I had managed to return the original size.

Unfortunately, a couple of days after I sent the item back, Canada Post then went on strike - This caused my return to be stuck at Royal Mail's sorting area for almost a month, then I had another issue of the item being returned back to me, despite Royal Mail's guarantee that they would keep the item until the strike was over (by which point, it had already been over for a few days, or at least moved to rotational strikes).

I then tried to send this back again and it finally got to your Canada warehouse safely. Unfortunately, I was then mistakenly refunded and my case was about to be closed - However, I managed to email and correspond with Archie again, who apologised and set up a custom order form for the reserved size I needed and even offered me a further discount as way of apology for the accidental refund.
