Our Response to COVID-19

On behalf of the entire Clocks and Colours team, we would like to send our thoughts to everyone currently struggling with the impact of the Coronavirus.

Throughout these strange and challenging times, the safety of our customers and employees will continue to be our number one priority.

As such, we have closed our retail stores in an effort to do our small part in social distancing. Our online store will remain open, with new pieces releasing each week, and our logistics teams at our North American and European warehouses are taking extraordinary precaution with each order they receive.

We have been in constant conversation with our suppliers and shipping carriers around the world, and as of right now, deliveries are being made as usual with no stoppages. All online orders will continue to be fulfilled on a daily basis.

And while we have implemented a work-from-home policy to ensure the well-being our staff, our customer support team is still available via email at info@clocksandcolours.eu, and would be happy to answer all of your questions. We cannot thank you enough for your support during these times. Coronavirus poses a very real threat to independent businesses like ours. While large corporations have endless resources to fall back on and support them through this crisis, many smaller companies do not. Today, we are asking that you make a purchase from a brand or company that inspires you—even if it is not from us. Now more than ever, these independent businesses may need your support.
